2760 Fiberglass Sleeving Coated with Silicone Rubber


(In accordance with JB/T8151.1-1999,  IEC60684-3-4000/402:1991)

Glass textile sleeving coated with silicone rubber is manufactured with non-alkali fiberglass braided sleeving and coated it with silicone resin and then vulcanized it to form insulating sleeving. It possesses good qualities of dielectric, heat-resistance, excellent elasticity and cold-resistance. It can be used for wiring insulation and mechanical protection for electric machinery and electrical appliances.

Note: The breakdown voltage for sleeving which inner diameter is or below 1.5mm should not be lower than 75% of the specified voltage.

Length: The standard length of the sleeving is 1000(+20,-10) mm (continuous length may be negotiated)

The coating should not crack or appear detached;

1,after3 hours at 200±2 ℃;

2,after2 hours at -40℃~ -60℃

Flame resistance

Not less than 45seconds/25mm

Heat resistance

The coating should not crack or appear detached after 72 hours at 200±5oC.

Breakdown voltage

At room temperature:≥4.0kv;

After damp: ≥2.0kv.
