2760 Fiberglass Sleeving Coated with Silicone Rubber

Glass textile sleeving coated with silicone rubber is manufactured with non-alkali fiberglass braided sleeving and coated it with silicone resin and then vulcanized it to form insulating sleeving. It possesses good qualities of dielectric, heat-resistance, excellent elasticity and cold-resistance. It can be used for wiring insulation and mechanical protection for electric machinery and electrical appliances.


Silicone rubber coated fiberglass sleeving is braided with E fiberglass yarn into tube, then coated with silicone rubber solution and heated to vulcanize into insulation sleeving. It has comparative dielectric performance, higher heat resistance, excellent elasticity, cold resistance and resistance to aging. It is applicable to wiring and mechanical protection for H grade electrical motor and electrical equipment with higher requirements. 


Note: The breakdown voltage for sleeving which inner diameter is or below 1.5mm should not be lower than 75% of the specified voltage.


Length: The standard length of the sleeving is 1000(+20,-10) mm (continuous length may be negotiated)


Operating temperature: -30°C~+180°C 

Breakdown voltage: 2000V, 3000V,4000V 

Standards: UL1441

color: White(with red line, blue line or green line), or customer requested.
